Why are we calling it a "Safer and Dangerous Spaces" policy and not a "Safe Spaces" policy?

We don't believe that it is feasible or wise for punks and anarchists to try to create totally safe spaces. All spaces come with an inherent level of danger. Some spaces are dangerous by design. We want to encourage organizers to create safer spaces for victims and more dangerous spaces for abusers.
